At One Chip Computers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are physically damaged by the customer.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products reported after the allowed return time period.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with:
- Order number
- Product details
- Clear images/videos of the issue
- Our team will review and guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (if applicable).
5. Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
