The SecuGen Hamster Pro 20 fingerprint reader is a compact USB biometric reader with a patented optical sensor. It captures fingerprints at 500 DPI and is FBI certified for FIPS 201 (PIV) and Mobile ID FAP 20. As a result, it suits secure login, attendance and identity checks. Its hardened glass platen resists scratches, impact and corrosion.
Auto-On detects a finger as soon as it touches the reader. In addition, Smart Capture scans dry, moist, aged and scarred fingers with good quality.
